Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refunds and exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Both regular priced and sale items can be refunded or exchanged.

• Depending on the address, the time it may take for any exchanged item to be delivered to you may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@teepontu.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@teepontu.com.
